1947 Born in London
1966-67 Enrolled at Sir John Cass School of Art, Whitechapel
1969-71 Worked as a student apprentice at the Leach Pottery
1972-78 Joined the Leach Pottery’s permanent staff
1978-79 Studied at the Ichino family pottery in Tachikui
1980 Set up his own workshop in Penzance
1990 Set up “St Ives Pottery and Gallery”
1999 Set up a complex studio “Gaolyard Studios”
2013 Became "Honorary Lead Potter" at the Leach Pottery
2017 Became "Honorary Potter" at the Leach Pottery
